The Community Learning Center was founded in 1998 with the simple but powerful idea that active, informed and trained citizens working closely with local schools and classroom teachers, can effect change. We provide quality tutoring in reading, math and study skills to students and adults. What began as a small location in Clearwater has expanded into a network of affiliate organizations throughout the state of Florida. |
