Julie Daniels is the owner of Handyman Matters of Clearwater. She is an African-American that grew up in Buffalo, NY with a strong desire to be successful. She spent 21 years in the Air Force/Air Force Reserves, starting as an Airman First Class (E-3) and retiring as a Captain (O-3). She served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. She received many awards during her military tenure such as: Air Force Achievement Medal, Kuwaiti National Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Air Force Good Conduct Medal and Noncommissioned Officer Preparatory Course Honor Graduate. During Julie’s secondary career she worked for Lockheed Martin and supported Iraqi Freedom in Doha, Qatar.

Julie has lived in the Clearwater area for over 14 years and is an active member in the community. Some examples include being a member in the Chamber of Commerce, Church of Christ Youth Leader, MacDill AFB Air Festival volunteer and a lifetime member of the Reserve Officers Association.

Julie runs her Handyman Matters franchise with precision and integrity. She started the business with the goal of bringing professionalism, honesty, the highest quality craftsmanship and customer service to the home repair industry.
