Founders, Jim DeBeaugrine and Judy Owen have extensive experience in the employment challenges faced by those with disabilities and found current systems were not adequately addressing the unemployment problem. This inspired the creation of Opportunity Works, Inc., a staffing solutions company focused on bringing people with disabilities into the workforce.
