You need to go to the intersection of Gulf to Bay (Hwy 60) and US Hwy 19 N and get on the
Service Road going north.

If you coming south or north on US Hwy 19, get off at Gulf to Bay, turn East on Gulf to Bay, do a U-turn on Gulf to Bay, head back to US Hwy 19 and get on the service road. Even if you're coming up north on 19, you'll have to go right and do a U-turn, because you can't go straight through the intersection.
